Mike Walsh

Partner

Mike is the Joint Managing Partner of MP Commercial, having previously held Senior Director & Head of Capital Markets roles at JLL, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. With a career spanning over 17 years, Mike has personally completed over $5 Billion in transactions and built a diverse range of strong relationships with the market’s key private and institutional groups across Australia, as well as deep seeded relationships throughout South East Asia.

Peter Court

Partner

Peter Court, Joint Managing Partner of MP Commercial, is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. His background includes significant roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in the private investor and institutional markets, establishing himself as a market leader. Peter is dedicated to adding value for his clients by identifying opportunities for both vendors and purchasers, focusing on value-adding opportunities, and consistently representing major clients within his core market. He commits his full attention to every aspect of an appointment to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.

In 2016 Peter was recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) as Commercial Sales Agent of the Year.

Marg Hutchison

Operations Manager

Marg’s extensive experience in the commercial property industry spans over 23 years, including 12 years working closely with Mike and Peter. Her previous roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield have provided her with extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial property.  As a Marketing & Operations Manager, Marg’s role is pivotal, leveraging her comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and client relationship management to drive successful campaigns from start to finish. Her dedication ensures that both marketing strategies and operational excellence are consistently achieved, contributing significantly to the team’s success.

Bill Holt

Associate Director

Bill brings over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having previously served as a Property Investment Manager at Quanta Investment Funds. His career spans roles in funds and asset management, agency, and valuations, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of financial modelling and end-to-end transaction management. Bill is results-driven, dedicated to maximising value for clients, and ensuring optimal outcomes in every transaction.
